User Data Deletion Instructions

At KB Digital Health, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. This page provides clear instructions on how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems.
1) What Information We Collect
When you book an appointment through our WhatsApp service, we collect the following information to facilitate the booking:
- Full Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Email Address (Optional)
- Problem / Symptoms (Optional)
- Booking details (such as chosen provider, date, and time)
This information is used solely for the purpose of scheduling and managing your appointments with your chosen healthcare provider.
2) How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Compose an email from the email address you used for booking, if provided.
- Send the email to our support team at: contact@kbcloudtech.com
- In the subject line of the email, please write: "User Data Deletion Request"
- In the body of the email, you must include the following information so we can identify your records:
- Your full name.
- The WhatsApp phone number you used to make the appointment(s).
 
3) The Deletion Process
Once we receive your request, our team will:
- Verify your identity based on the information provided.
- Locate all associated appointment data in our system.
- Permanently and irreversibly delete your personal information from our databases.
We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it and will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Please Note: Deleting your data will remove your entire appointment history with us. This action cannot be undone.
