Cancellation Policy
1) How to Cancel
Appointments can be canceled by following the instructions in your confirmation message or by contacting the healthcare provider directly.
2) Cancellation Timeframe
To be eligible for any potential refund of a consultation fee, you must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Policies may vary by provider.
3) No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, any pre-paid consultation fees may be non-refundable, subject to the healthcare provider's own policy.
4) Refunds
Refunds for pre-paid services are handled directly by the healthcare provider. KB Digital Health does not process payments or refunds for medical services.
