KB Digital Health provides a digital platform to facilitate the booking of appointments with healthcare providers. Our service is the successful transmission of your booking request to the chosen provider.
2) Confirmation of Service
Our service is considered delivered once you receive a confirmation message (via WhatsApp, SMS, or email) indicating that your appointment request has been successfully processed and scheduled.
3) No Physical Delivery
As a digital service, there are no physical products to ship. All communications and confirmations will be sent to the contact details you provide during the booking process.
